CoachifyMe

Acceptable Use

CoachifyMe is a platform-as-a-service for coaches and content creators. Platform Creators (Super Admin role) use CoachifyMe to build and operate their own branded coaching platforms. Platform Users (clients) consume content and coaching services on those platforms. All users agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible manner consistent with the purpose for which it was designed. Platform Creators are responsible for the content, services, and conduct on the platforms they operate.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Unauthorized access to any account, system, or data you do not own

Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law

Publishing or distributing harmful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or discriminatory content

Using AI features to generate harmful, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or illegal content

Attempting to circumvent AI credit limits, quota enforcement, or subscription restrictions

Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to consume AI credits in bulk or harvest platform data

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or proprietary algorithms from the platform

Impersonating another person, organization, or brand on any platform you create or use

Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt platform operations

Violating the intellectual property rights of CoachifyMe, other platform creators, or third parties

Account Termination

CoachifyMe reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, including misuse of AI features, payment fraud, publishing prohibited content, or repeated policy violations. Platform Creators whose accounts are terminated will have their hosted platforms deactivated. We will provide reasonable notice where legally required, except in cases of severe violation requiring immediate action. Upon termination, you retain ownership of any content you created, subject to your ability to export it prior to account closure.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of CoachifyMe that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Boulder, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action and class arbitration are waived to the extent permitted by applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
