Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Account Settings. When upgrading, you’ll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

After your 14-day trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the plan you selected. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. If you cancel, your platforms remain active until the trial period ends.

Solo plans are designed for individual coaches with a single coach seat. Agency plans support multiple coaches under one account, with shared AI credits and team management features. Choose Solo if you’re an independent coach; choose Agency if you manage a team of coaches.

AI credits power all AI features on your platform — content generation, AI chat, assessments, learning paths, and the AI Coach Digital Twin. Each operation consumes credits based on complexity. Credits reset monthly with your billing cycle. You can purchase additional credits via the AI Credit Booster add-on.

No. Every paid plan has a 0% platform transaction fee on revenue your clients pay you (course purchases, coaching sessions, and everything else) — you keep 100%. This is separate from Stripe’s own payment processing fees (~2.9% + 30¢), which apply on any platform.
