Creator Payout Agreement

This agreement sets out how you're paid for your sales on CoachifyMe. Please read it before you set up your payout account.

1. Payouts

You're paid your share of the sales of the content, coaching sessions and services you offer on CoachifyMe. Payouts are made on the schedule you choose, once your balance reaches your minimum payout amount.

2. Revenue share

CoachifyMe keeps its share of each sale. Your payout is your share of the sale after the platform's share.

3. Disputes and chargebacks

You're responsible for delivering what you sell. If a customer disputes a payment for a sale you shared in:

• Your share of that sale is held until the dispute is decided.
• If the dispute is decided in the sale's favor, the held share is released for your next payout.
• If the dispute is decided against the sale, your held share isn't paid out, and any share of it already paid to you is deducted from your future payouts.

4. Chargeback fee

CoachifyMe doesn't charge a chargeback fee.

5. Payout holds

Each sale is held for at least 7 days before it can be paid out. A payout may also wait while:

• A sale you shared in is under dispute
• Your payout account can't receive money yet — for example, it still needs setting up or verifying

6. Refunds

If a sale you shared in is refunded, your share of it isn't paid out. If it was already paid to you, it's deducted from your future payouts.

7. Sales paid into your own account

If your platform takes payments into its own payment account, CoachifyMe takes its share of each sale as the payment is made. That share is worked out before the payment processor's fee for the sale is known, so once the fee is known the share taken can turn out slightly too small or too large.

• When it was too small, you authorize CoachifyMe to collect the difference by debiting your payment account, once for that sale. If your account's balance is too low, CoachifyMe tries again for up to 7 days.
• If the difference can't be collected from your account, it's deducted from your future payouts instead.
• When it was too large, the difference is returned to your payment account.

8. Your obligations

Deliver the content, coaching sessions and services you sell as you describe them, answer your clients' questions about them, and keep your payout account details accurate and up to date.

9. Ending this agreement

Either you or CoachifyMe can end this agreement at any time. Anything still owed to you is paid on the usual schedule, less any deductions or holds that apply.

10. Changes

CoachifyMe may change these terms, including its hold period and chargeback fee. When they change, you'll be asked to read and accept them again.
